Our high-performance machine pool is renewed on a regular basis in order to maintain state-of-the-art capability and deliver a flawless quality of machining.
Our machine pool is comprised of:

3-axis and 5-axis machining center
CNC milling machine - CNC and standard lathe
- Wire EDM
- Sinker EDM
- Small hole drilling
- Surface grinder
All cavities are machined using 3-axis and 5-axis hi-speed machining centers. The machining tools are laser controlled to ensure maximum accuracy. We can process sizes up to 3,600 x 920 x 820 mm, 5-axis.
Our 5-axis machining centers enable us to process complex shapes and patterns without etching.

Machining path programming:
We do the programming of our machine tools in-house using specialty software. From simplest to most intricate 5-axis machining paths, we master each and every step of the Art of mold-making.
