Quality Control

All our molds and ancillary tooling are submitted to comprehensive and stringent inspection throughout the manufacturing process in order to ensure optimum quality. All functional dimensions are verified using a digitally controlled 3D-surface plate. If we are producing a series of molds for a rotary machine or for a multi-cavity mold, we provide you with the corresponding test reports and statistics of measured values.

We also conduct process-specific QA testing for extrusion-blow molds, such as cutting tests, flow rate tests and pressure tests. We run these tests on proprietary test benches that we developed in-house.
